making consistent revenue as an inconsistent human

Cool, so we covered your basic marketing strategy and the metrics to track. You can’t control revenue directly, but you CAN control your leading indicators.

Consistent metrics = consistent revenue.

…in theory.

“What about when I’m sick/depressed/on vacation/having a chronic illness flare up, and my leading indicators drop because I can’t adhere to them?”

SO glad you asked.

In our work together, your desired lifestyle will dictate what systems we put in place to support your business while your actual life happens.

Outlining your natural rhythm will unlock a lot of clarity about your operational design–that keeps things running smoothly in your absence.

I’m not about building and managing a massive team. That’s part of why I left the corporate world. I only call upon the resources required to make MY life (in all its uniqueness) easeful and consistent.

Once again, it gets to be simple:

I hired an accountability coach when I noticed that people wanted that. She also supports my clients when I take my month-long sabbaticals twice a year.

I have my assistant working 10 hours a week for me, recycling old-but-great content in newsletters and LI when my seasonality calls for downtime.

Oh, you didn’t notice? No shit. It’s a great system 😜

This is my invitation to stop letting HOW YOU NATURALLY ARE be a reason to doubt yourself..

Surrender to your intuition about your deepest, truest desire about how your career (and life) can look.

Book. A. Call. We’ll focus our chat on the dream, keeping you above the little logistical challenges and puzzles, so that you give yourself a chance to commit a radical act of self-trust: deciding if my program can help you monetize your current skills and creative gifts.

Love,

Becca
