Building confidence around your offer

The way we demonstrated doing that in my workshop were 3 things:

  1. We first talked about what we love to help people do.

  2. We brainstormed the litany of ways that that input can create outputs. 

  3. Then we narrowed down 1-3 of those very tangible outputs that we actually really love helping people with, that are our favorite people we’ve helped so far, informally.
